Trish Donnelly joins PVH as PVH Americas CEO.

The retail industry veteran joins from Urban Outfitters, Inc., where she led the Urban Outfitters Group. In a newly created role at PVH, Donnelly will oversee the Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger and Heritage Brands businesses in the Americas market, but also the global Calvin Klein brand, which has suffered from a lack of global leadership in the past. Donnelly reports to chief executive Stefan Larsson, who succeeded Emanuel Chirico earlier this month.

Rochas appoints Charles de Vilmorin creative director.

The young couture designer succeeds Alessandro Dell’Acqua, who exited the Interparfums-owned label at the end of 2019. A pandemic-era breakout star, De Vilmorin launched his wild, painterly and highly Instagram-able collection in April 2020, less than a year after graduating from French fashion school La Chambre Syndicale de la Couture Parisienne. In addition to his duties at Rochas, he will continue to design his namesake collection.

Michael Kors appoints Tanya Golesic as women’s president.

Golesic joins from sister brand Jimmy Choo, where she has served as North America president since 2016. Before that, she held executive positions at Canada Goose, Marc Jacobs and Ralph Lauren. Golesic will report to John D. Idol, chairman and chief executive officer of the brand’s parent company, Capri Holdings.

Elle.com names Jessica Roy digital director.

The editor and writer succeeds Katie Connor, who recently departed for Bustle Media’s W. Roy, who will report to Elle editor-in-chief Nina Garcia, joined the Hearst-owned website as deputy editor in March 2018 from The Cut.

Luxury M&A veteran Pierre Mallevays joins Stanhope Capital Group.

Mallevays was founder and managing partner of luxury M&A advisory firm Savigny Partners. He will serve as co-head of Stanhope’s merchant banking unit, alongside Nigel Spray. Savigny’s existing client portfolio will be rolled into Stanhope. Mallevays has over 30 years of experience in M&A, serving as director of acquisitions at LVMH, where he worked closely with chairman and chief executive Bernard Arnault, before setting up Savigny Partners.
